Recently I couldn't concentrate or sleep well because my phone kept buzzing, blinking
and beeping. Especially during the Covid-19 distancing, everybody was sending messages.
When you try to shut down the notifications in each app, it's tricky because the option to do it is usually buried deep in the settings and not in the same place.
I had to find an easy way to shut it down or I was going to go crazy.
