How to add a Circle, Square, Rectangle or other Shapes to Highlight Video – DaVinci Resolve 16

This is how to add a circle, arrow, or any other kind of shape that will highlight a certain section of the video to draw attention to the object you choose.

We are using DaVinci Resolve 16, and there are other methods out there to make the same type of circle, but I suggest you do not use Fusion to do it because it takes too many steps and is a waste of time if you can do the same thing with a much easier method - Using Shapes with Transparent backgrounds.
